I am a research associate in the Debbie Marks Lab at Harvard Medical School. My current research spans variant effect prediction, enzyme design, and the development of machine learning methods for protein engineering.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. I previously spent time in the King Lab at the Institute for Protein Design, where I developed computational methods for the design of icosahedral protein nanoparticles.
